But...
There's no demand for Silicon, nothing to ship it too.
No mention of a Silicon Refinery in the mod description.
Maybe Silicon was to be shipped to the Electronics Factory, but it doesn't have it as a resource, has steel though?
Thanks very much for the mod.
Feedback.
4) Basalt Quarry, doesn't seem to be anything to supply the Basalt too (not counting commercial), no demand. Presumingly for supplying to something in construction. Nothing mention in the mod description.
5) Also we have 50 supply items (cargo) for city commercial areas, but only 9 for industrial areas, can you balance this alittle. Maybe at least 15-20 for industrial areas.
Feedback.
8) One of the Separation Plant demands is wastewater but nothing produces wastewater.
9) There's no demand for concrete.
FYI, I've posted here too: https://www.transportfever.net/thread/20745-complete-industry-mod/?pageNo=2
I see new Update: 17 Jan @ 10:42am, but FYI 'discussion' link doesn't work.
I have overhauled the mod completely (for personal use, since I can not release it) with some cargo's already used that were not used before. For the rest of the cargo's that cannot be used I have build a export-center (or I don't place them on the map at all)

However, I'm playing another game atm but sooner or later I'll be back playing TF2 again and when I do, I can't see myself playing the game without this mod. It is very good, a good base to craft it into our own play style.
Yeah it is, but sometimesit's just to much...Not even a megalomaniac map offers enough room to deliver all of the cargo's in this mod, that's why I stick to the delivery of food and goods to residential, and machines, fuel, tools and construction material to industry in the cities.
The rest is going via food- and good-factories and export centers :)
I think the way to play this mod is with 4-6 cargo's for each city (the opposite of what you're doing), this then allows for all the chain types to be transported and supplied, i.e. gives everything a purpose. But again I haven't finished the play-through, barely started and I don't know if this is a good idea, yet.
Agree, this mod isn't for a simplistic play-through.

Ok, looking forward on what you do with it. Did you placed the towns and industries yourself or just random ? It's gonna be one tough job to put the mod to the test, and I think it's a lot of work to do for trucks, since this is hard terrain for trains...and with so many industries placed on the map (not the same sort of industries close together) this is a hell of a job.
Good luck on that...
I made my map for long trains, placed some industries together (like the different steel-factories) so I can keep a nice overview and deliver the same type of cargo where it's needed. I like to make long runs from one side to another side of the map (just like I did in Transport Tycoon and Locomotion in the old days :) )
Yep, kinda given up on random maps, the game places industries illogically, e.g. a forest on one side of the map and a mill on the other. It makes no sense at all to me. RL, timber mills are generally near forests and the lumber is transported all over.
The map origin was randomly generated, I am adjusting the landscape and industries thereafter into a logical theatre (objectively as possible). Half the fun is creating the map, the other half is the play-through.
As for long trains, or bulk carriers, been there done that, very nice play-through's too. But this time round I'm looking for more complexity, with this mod I might just get it via multi-goods trains. Trains that have to transport a huge variety of goods but not necessary in bulk.
I think it would be quite nice to see all those goods on the move and going somewhere.
