Sidewalks and bridges

I am in no way computer literate to generate a mod.

With that being said, is there anyone that can make a mod just for sidewalks and a walking bridge?

I need sidewalks going from the bus to train station without having a road going to it. Also be cool to have walkways in parks.

Tried looking for these, but I might be putting the wrong words in.
