Unlocking a vehicle after you die.
Hello all....
well I'm playing in a server that has the remote keys for cars..got too close to radiation and I died..
when I finally got back to were I died and my body despawned along with my key to my vehicle. so now I bought a new electronic car key how do I unlock the car ?
so far no options show when the key is in my hand and I walk around the car to get any option to unlock or pare.

Once a key is paired to a vehicle, if the key is lost then the vehicle has to be reset so that a new key can be used.
If it's "Much car keys" mod, then there's a Reset key that the admins have to use, and a master key to unlock before resetting, You can have those keys yourself because youd be able to steal locked vehicles.

You can lock pick the vehicle as long as you have a lockpick

Me and my buddy just did it, we lost our keys and I tried to do research and came across this thread, and then he found a lock pick and we just tried it for fun and it worked, we have the much car keys mod on this server as well

That depends on how the Admin has the server configured .. some have lock picking disabled.
