Curious, what happen if you remove a cosmetic/class mod in the geoscape?
So yeah, could sound dumb but I'm really curious about it and just getting started with mods,I just wonder what would happen and couldn't find a real answer, and wouldn't wanna risk my save and stuff so maybe someone more experimented would know.

Would the soldier get the cosmetic replaced by a random part or become invinsible? Or maybe just break stuff.
Same with the classes,if I remove a class a soldier is using, does it delete the guy or give him a new one? Or again just ultra break things?
Also what would happen if you assigned that class in the character pool?

Class assigned in the character pool is cosmetic only, it doesn't carry through into the game unless you have a mod that forces it so that shouldn't be a problem. I think it will cause problems in your current save though in particular if you have soldiers using that class. Cosmetics being removed shouldn't break the save but yes your soldiers may look a bit odd as the replacement parts can be somewhat random. (And yes, you do sometimes end up with completely missing/invisible body parts).

I wouldn't remove class mods in a running campaign. When I've been debugging mod problems I think soldiers with a custom class become Rookies with a bunch of XP so maybe they can be retrained. Never tried it and wouldn't recommend it. Pick some classes and stick with them for that campaign.
Cosmetics just go to a vanilla game one or are invisble. Wouldn't expect that to cause any problems.
