Just a quick question on changing some hidden parameters,namely the ones in your favor

So,I'm basically not that ready to go into legend with the higher modifiers,I'm getting into commander,but realised that with the help of a mod,I had a "miss streak" giving me 15% more chance to hit,and I kinda hate it,so I know this one can be modified in DefaultGameCore.ini from the wotc folder,so great.

Now,I saw that commander also steer pods away from you if you engage 6 enemies,and that one I ain't sure how to change and didn't see a mod for it with my key word search,anyone could guide me on it? Would be really appreciated

The "miss streak" is part of Aim Assist mechanics, and there's a Disable Aim Assist for that.

The "steering pods" mechanic is called down throttling, and I'm not sure if there's a mod to disable that one specifically without doing anything else. There are mods like Yellow Alert that completely rip out downthrottling along with all other similar mechanics, but that might be too much for you.

Ah didn't knew for the aim assist,in the core ini I went for MissStreakChanceAdjustment and put 0 instead of 15 so that does its job well enough,but yeah couldn't find yet for the pod thing,but I'm getting there,will check yellow alert to see how they do it thx for the info
