Are there mods to modify AI Manpower?
Are there mods that can modifiy Manpower, so that I can reduce the manpower of the enemy. Still to have a smart AI on hardcore but but not 18 Tigers.

Im also interested if there is a mod to change the side from attacking to defending in some battles. Currently all you can do is attacking.

i highly expecting this as well. Or perhaps, dev can accommodate this to the base game itself (as a parameter setting)
