How to make/mod maps?
I basicly want to mod the Rebound CTF map so the items like kamikaze, Proxy Mines, Armour Regen are re-instated. How does one go about creating or eddting a map.

Is there some sort of GUI tool that will allow me to edit or create PK3 files?
