Imperial prayers are welcome too and appreciated to get this done as soon as possible!
Some good news:
- Chimera APCs and Taurox APCs tested and working.
- Bane Wolf weapon tests: some kroot hounds have volunteered for the test. Great results! Chem Cannon actually fires deadly green stuff at the enemy. And ... well, the kroots died, of course!
- Added Chain of Command:
You may field only 1 Company Command Squad (5 men).
You may field as many Platoon Command Squads (5 men) as you would like.
Each gives a non-stackable Discipline buff, to allied infantry units only. Platoon Command has only a 2-hex-radius, so must stay close, Company Command (unique unit, only one you can field) has a 6-hex radius.
Discipline is a +1 to accuracy and morale.
General accuracy and morale of guardsmen has been reduced in this mod so this can be useful.
This buff does not stack with several same command units (you can't have several Platoon Command buffs), but a Company Commad buff can be stacked with a Platoon Command buff (+ a Commissar or Lord Commissar one, if you want to field a full chain of command!).
With all this, your 20-men Conscripts squad, which is easy to recruit and has 3 Morale and 3 Accuracy and less armor (too large formation for proper defense), may hope to be of great use. Well, until some of them die, of course, because they will quickly falter.
But also, for once, a further development of the propaganda aspects, and some imperial 4X customization.
You can build Recruitment Offices to train the 20-men-squad Conscripts.
This means that training Conscripts will not slow down your regular units training. Edicts can also push (=force) more of your population "into arms" for more conscripts, at the cost of some loyalty debuff. Such edicts increase recruitment offices output tremendously.
Alternatively, you can seize civilian resources (well the little they may have) for some food and ore bonus. Such things are collected at the Propaganda Facility, the new version of your loyalty building, which can also train Commissars. Collecting resources will also have a loyaly debuff, but each propaganda facility in the city will collect and add all they can, so the more of these the more resources gained (and population constrained).
Again, training commissars will not slow down the production of other units; you must field them with your infantries after all!
All this in the Emperor's name!
Thank you Mickie, Dutch and Eddie !
I've made several custom icons for the modded units I've made, but they show up blank ingame.

you will find also Potato McWhiskey guide about textures from there. We try to put as much information as possible, once we are sure of the results.
thanks for the quick response.
