Changing Dialogue for when Disease is Discovered and Something Else
So, I'm not sure if this is available to the scenario creator. I just saw them both in the Santa's Little Helper scenario, which is official. But is there a way to change the dialogue when the disease is spotted? Also, is there a way to make it so that when everyone is infected in a country, cure research stops? Is there a way to change the Neurax Worm Transcendance dialogue as well, and make it so that when everyone is infected in a country, cure research stops?

In order:
  1. To make a custom pop-up for when the disease is spotted you must first delete the default event. To do that, go to Event Lab, then More Options and finally Set Default Events, then disable the one relating your disease being spotted, wich should be either News or General Narrative, probably the first. To create the Event, just set the World Condition and Set the Variable Disease Noticed(under the Time branch)=True, then under the Outcome put Set News Pop-Up, then write what you want.
  2. In order to make everyone in an infected country stop working on the cure, do the same as before, but instead of putting the World Condition, put the Country Condition Country Infected Percentage(Under the Population branch)=1, and in the Outcome put the Variable Country Cure Research(Human Response)=0. This last variable needs "show advanced" active, all the others "show simple"
  3. Finally, I can't get if you mean the Dialogue of the Trait being activated or the Alternative Victory Screen. In the first case do the same you did for the change in the "dialogue when you get spotted", just that this time you must disable the disable the default events regarding your Disease and, under the World Condition, you must set the Tech Trigger of the trait. Note that if you put more than one tech trigger, they overlap each other when you come to see them again, so I'd raccomend put each trait into a different Tech Trigger. If you mean changing the victory screen, just change the Custom Victory Condition under the Scenario Data.
