basically, you can increase the power using the editor in the others tab and then torque, but it is a bit complicated because if you want to have some power, e.g. from 600 HP to exactly 850, you have to do it by trial and error, I once tried to calculate how much power I will get after adding a larger number from 10000 (default) to e.g. 10001 and how much HP it will add to the car, but unfortunately it didn't work for me, which is a pity, because if it worked like that, it would be a good recipe for how to increase power to a specific number :(
