Report a translation problem
It does not work any more, and the author has moved on. I tried to look in the source files (they are supplied with the mod, yay) but i have no scripting skills to speak of. so i'm let to just wish and pine for something i apparently cannot have :/
So it KIND OF exists, but it was under a name that made NO god dang sense.
Why not call it something more obvious? Argh.. Last update was 8 some years ago at best...
Safe bet, this mod is abandoned by the creator, and they have had what fun they could out of xcom2.
I just started :/
But i realized, i can just edit the "XComStrategyTuning.ini" with the Community Highlander mod in the My Games folder where it puts save games and the like.
Via that, i can just set amount of power a relay gives and totally throw out my initial idea.
