Eldership Succession for all mod?

I've returned to play CK2 abit, but I cannot find any mod that allowed Eldership succession for all or atleast for all tribals.

There used to be one in Steam workshop which worked great, but I cannot find it anymore.

Nope. Never heard of it.
Found nothing searching for "eldership", but this mod i found is enabling dynastic elective, so similar or rather the closest i found :

Maybe the mod you remember got outdated at some point and the author deleted it ?
