Mods have gone?

Im subcribed to a bunch of mods and since the update, the mod launcher is empty? Ive tried uninstalling the mods and reinstalling but it doesnt work.

Ive tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Ive tried going into game files and removing cache and temp files. I noticed the modlist.txt was empty? I deleted everything then and tried that too and each time with subscribing and unsubscribing then subscribing to make sure this wasn't affecting anything. I hope this provides some good information.
