It seems a mod is blocking me from Oceania.
I felt like playing XCOM 2 again after a few years. I went through my mods and made some changes:
- I went through my mods and found that some of them said I should replace them with
[WOTC] Community Promotion Screen and [WOTC] Core Collection Meta Mod, so I did.
- I added [WOTC] A Better Start

I'm currently subscribed to 80 mods. I can't rule out some problem with them.

My problem is this:

As far as I can tell, I should be able to start making contact with regions in Oceania. How can I troubleshoot and fix this ?
