can the resource packs affect modded content in tmodloader?

I know that the resource packs carry over to tmodloader from vanillas terraria, but I was wondering if they could affect modded content as well, like could a texture pack also affect calamity's bosses npcs, etc? if not is there a way for that to happen?

As long as you know the directories and dimensions of the new files I don't see why you couldn't do it. However, I don't have any experience with that. You might get a better response from the tmodloader discussions.
