Easiest way I can think of is getting the world and character files and just moving them via flashdrive.
On windows 10 the world and characters are stored in
This PC/[USER]/Documents/My Games/Terraria/ then characters are in "Players", and world are kept in "Worlds", it should be quite similar on other systems but I can't say for certain.
My memory is a little fuzzy but each world should have a [world].wld file, and then two [world].wld.bak files which serve as backups if something goes wrong,
and characters having a folder, [character].plr file and then a backup.
I recommend just copying all the world and character files associated with what you want into a a flashdrive and then moving them to where they should be on your device.
Hope this helps.
