Buying parts automatically mod?

Hello,
could someone be able to create a mod to buy automatically all the parts in your inventory below percentage X? X could be set either in game, or if that is too difficult, then perhaps by a text file.

or maybe a mod that you can buy all the parts you need to finish the car like if the mod was a thing I would like the button just to take all the missing items from the car status list and automaticly buy all of them when you click buy parts, but also want the option to buy all the better parts that make the car faster as an buy option to choose from normal or boosted parts
