Can't upload the mod to the Steam Workshop

I can't upload my modification to Steam WorkShop. I created a car model for the game Cities Skylines, I click on the publish button, but nothing happens. How can I solve this problem?

One solution is to launch the game offline (by disconnecting the wifi) and then turn the wifi back on just before clicking "Publish"

Same here. Happens from time to time. games won't sync either.

Someone in other thread mentioned something about some thumbnail screwing up the API.... Either someone broke the system by uploading 16 bit images (please use 8 bit PNG!), or Steam just broke.

I can upload things just fine by skipping the main menu crap with Less Steam mod.
