Fix the original save once solution found in the testing world.
There are a lot of Speed Mods on the Workshop, you may be using a broken Mod and testing other Mods may give a compatible one.
________
++
Keep in mind some Mods can do more damages when removing the Mod and why it is very important to test in copies of your save.
You may follow the steps we all do after a game update to pinpoint the Mods that are not compatible in the new game version.
How to test a world or find broken/conflicting Mods :
1 - Select your save.
2 - Click the "Save as" button on the left.
3 - Change the save name to create a *copy.
4 - Withdraw or add one Mod at a time in the copy.
5 - Report to the Mod author (on WS item page) when broken Mod found so he can fix/update his Mod, always very kind to let them know.
*copy
Never test with your original save, better create a copy and fix the original save when solution found in the copy, this way you will not mess up your save.

Some Modders don't share Discord server for bugs so that is a good Plus when available.
Youre the best, helpful as always!
Sorry, I should try to avoid posting when I'm having a bad day already... but it's been such a common thread recently, players using huge stacks of mods and then asking for help when things are not going well. Space Engineers by itself has a steep learning curve, and Keen have never been good at providing useful help or documentation, only made worse by the frequency of their changes. Often the complex mods are better documented than the game itself.
The good news is I figured it out by googling how to change it within that mod. Turns out the creator made an excel sheet which lets you get all the values you need based on the max speed desired.
But yes the game is super complex. That's what makes it really fun though. Luckily i started back when it first released, so I had learned as new stuff released. I think jumping into the game at its current complexity would be pretty daunting
:) same (if by 'released' you mean first appeared on Steam in the early development stage with space empty except for 3 or 5 asteroids), and I agree... but also I see vast differences in the attitudes of players and net users since those days. I am not liking the way the timeline of humanity in general has developed in the last 40 years... just late stage capitalism problems, but I digress...
