Looking to see about a few mod possibilities.

Is there any of the following mods?

1. Real Estate - I remember a mod that allowed vanilla houses to be bought and sold.

2. Key - I have tried every mod i could find, but im trying to find a mod that allows you to lock doors with a key or admin given tool, and doesn't unlock doors after a restart.

3. Bounty - I remember years ago there was a mod. If you killed someone, a bounty would be put out on you automatically server wide.

I would love it if someone knew if these mods existed!!!
