Part map is just what it says on the tin: an image with colors splattered over the character body parts. Like red for chest or blue for legs. And the clothing item can list all the colors the item covers, so the game can hide that body part and prevent it from poking through the clothing.
There are two solutions to this: either load more suitable part map, fe. the vanilla map last, or manually change all clothing items to use the part map your mod added.
This is because in the game can only be one part map active at a time. To counter this issue there is a community part map available, so most mod makers' mods would be compatible to each other. However some mods like nudity mods usually require some colors to toggle genitals on and off, so they had to shuffle the hide colors around to allow that, causing basically all the other mods that add clothing to not work with the nude mod.
If you are not using any nude mods, you might just get by by 'deleting' all offending part maps with this mod, and call it a day:

Thank you!
Very informative and detailed information.
I will get into it and solve this.
