Report a translation problem
It is possible to obtain superb maps in the workshop but I find it a shame that the music is added like this. You cannot deactivate it by simply lowering the volume in the options, so it is imposed and I find that it spoils the game.
It's totally possible to add more of the enemy types that exist, but you can't create new ones. BMSC and The Mod Formerly Known As Enemies+ both do this.

Because they paid Valve for a license to use their game engine.
From what I know, authors just have to pay to be able to release their mod on Steam.
