Go to the workshop, select the "War of the Chosen" and "soldier customisation" tags and start working though the pages. Ignoring the voicepack options that somehow get in the mix it likely won't take you long to find what you're after.

I've seen the evidence of their existence back when I went looking for other countries voice pack options and found a very "anime girl" Japanese voicepack that (against all odds) did about fit with the overall vibes of the game (or close enough). The video showing said voicelines in action showed off a bunch of character models that looked very....chibi.
