How to make my agents have 100% success chance on every action?
Hi, I've given my agents +500 on rom_agent_action_success_chance_mod and rom_agent_action_success_chance_critical_mod for easy campaign difficulty.

Yet, the success chance to assasssinate a general or sabotage an army/settlement fluctuates a lot. It doesn't seem to work. Does anybody know what am I doing wrong? I will leave the image here:

Note: I play on easy campaign mode.
