Ultrasonic Lure should spawn a lost swarm
Feel like an idiot, just brought an Ultrasonic Lure to a mission that doesn't have Lost on it, thinking that if i threw it, a horde of Lost would spawn in and go towards the targets in it's area. but apparently all i did was waste a turn.

Anyone able to make a simple mod that makes a lost swarm spawn when an ultrasonic lure is thrown?
