Help identifying mod causing shield units can't move into obscuring terrain bug
I'm trying to work out which mod is causing a bug that prevents me moving shield units onto ( or through) obscuring terrain hexes in battles. It also prevents summons in battles being summoned onto obscuring terrain hexes. Does anyone have any idea which mod might cause this?

EDIT they can't enter any battle map hex that is anything but flat. None that give any bonuses or penalties. And it's the same for summoned earth elementals
