I don't suppose anyone is planning on tackling this anytime soon? I know there's one mod out there that replaces the default female elf heads with human heads with pointed ears overlaid on top of their human ears, but the result is... less than perfect - slightly preferable to what the vanilla game provides, but the double ears are kind of distracting. I'm not really a fan of the new heads introduced in the latest patch either. They may not be as weathered-looking as the others but they still seem... off somehow.

I kind of wish the devs would redo the existing heads entirely but failing that, I'd love to see a mod that introduces some more decent looking female elf heads.
