Any modders intrested in creating a NEW Plague Mod for 2024 that works with the current state of the game?

The Fraxis Gods gave us the Plague, but no plague mode, somehow they went with Zombies for a mode instead.... There are sadly not many working Plague Mods on the workshop, and the current SpatialX Plague mod Rework is broken with the new Tribal Barbarians Clans mode. This is a request to all modders, please create a glorious plague mod that enables the black death upon all civs in normal games, while allowing clans of barbs to roam the lands and nuclear fallout to join the red death as meteors rain from the havens of Sid Meiers.
