Hey all, I recently tried coding in a new state(New York City) as my first mod, and currently I'm having the issue that when I used the Nudge tool, it changed all the state names for every state to its ID. As in, New York State becomes State 358, New England becomes State 357 etc.
I looked through the errors the game would give me in debug mode but I got this:

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the first two problems, so I looked through those files and the first one is
STATE_58_DEN:-1 "Holsten"
The other one is
STRATEGICREGION_287:-1 "Bolivia"
I don't see any quotation issues so I didn't touch it
For referencee I put my new state under the Strategic region of New England(same as new york state).
Anyway, please let me know if there's something i missed.
