My mod not working
I have a issue when making a portrait mod, I made a mod with a basic test\gfx\leaders\GER\Portrait_Germany_Adolf_Hitler.dds folder for test,
I am sure I enabled the mod in launcher and I am sure that the picture is available as HOI4 leader portrait,
but it still have no changes in the game, what may be the reason or steps I forgot?
