there is a mod that adds almost all gondor armor, a set of rohirrim armor, and Got armor as well if i can recall. Its called "my fantasy armor" they have fountain guard armor as well. up to this day is the closest mod we have to feel some lotr in bannerlord.

i do remember seeing a mod collection for poular this week that converts the game it worked but the troop balance was awful and had alot of issuies

Ive heard alot of people saying that the modding scene kinda died out, with Taleworld dropping a patch every now again, that dont change much. And thus mod creators have to update their mods 24/7 and have given up. I dont know if this is true, i hope not. A Lotr mod would be neat :)
