Cant recruit "Relation needed 0, you have 0"
With the recruit your own culture mod, when trying to recruit, theyre all greyed out and say as above.

Yes theyre all up to date off Nexus. (Except for RMB, which I just learned had a minor update)

I remember seeing someone talk about this recruitment issue before somewhere, I dont remember if it was mod related or not. If anyone has anything that might even be possible useful, please share.
