Can someone make a horse archers mod?
not for historical accuracy.... But just for my amusement. I think it's very frustrating that only the Assyrians can recruit horse archers, and only after building higher tier stables.

Shouldn't ANY faction that owns territory in nomadic steppe grasslands be able to recruit horse archers?
