So i have a simple problem, how do i move the mod files in the load order on the data files window!?

so im fond of making my own followers in the creation kit, i had done it 2 times before, and both times it had worked, this time however, im having two issues, one involving a custom race mod, another a custom body mesh.

I have been having issue trying to get my Custom Followers to work all week, but i think i have managed to track down the issue, and it must be indeed the Load order, since at least 2 of my custom followers use the race mod, and all of them use the body mesh, im assuming they need to be on a certain position in the load order for everything to work right, other wise 2 errors that happen are

because of the body mesh theyr faces are the basic skin color when you first make an npc in the creation kit (the Argonian default skin is green, my custom Argonian follower is supposed to have red skin, wile all details and body skin is red, the face itself is green)

the second error with the custom race, the game completely crashes when i enter the room in which said follower is at, i learned when entering the creation kit on that room in the render screen, the NPC doesnt even appear and the race is returned to the default set by the CK when entering the Actor work window itself.

after a lot of testing and researching and all, i believe the errors must lay in the load order itself, cause when i save them, it seems like its all right and done perfectly and should work, but the moment i enter the game the errors begin, and im sure it has to be the load order, since its like the final stretch my mods have to go trough before i can play with them.

however.....

the data files window wont let me change the load order, no matter what i do, wait for the analisys to end, open make the changes and then close the game, deactivate mods and activate after again, everything i tried, i cant change the mod files that i need, to have the follower mods work correctly...

what do i do?
