If you actually start to work with game and i's mods, then I strongly recommend installing a proper mod manger, Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex. For modders, I recommend the former, because it allows free handling of files. That said, many active modders are using Vortex while working.
i do have Vortex, but it didnt seem to make a diference so i still feel it has to do with the actual Data Files, i dont know really... maybe ill try again see if i did something wrong with it
