[BUG] Metal not available while acumulated on guns factory
I have around 1540 metal resources acumulated on my guns factory instead warehouse. Game says "out of metal" when building despite this acumulated resources.

Maybe you could add the option to assign max. resources on each resource/building? Then the other amount of resources would be always on stock at the warehouse.
