I need help finding the mod that shows how many levels you put into a stat

I already have this and it doesnt show it unless its a ini config

Im talking about whenever you open your inventory or a dinos inventory it shows you a number next to the + sign

It is an .ini setting OR it is an admin setting.
It is explained in detail either on the mod page or the owners Discord channel. 'Chris mods'
