CCO and CCO compatablity load order - need help

so i have all CCO related content including Brutal cities, Extended Astra Militarum, Renegade Guard along with the compatibility mods for each but I keep crashing on setup and start, not sure if its load order or the cods are out of date of on another but I'm out of ideas , if you know what the proper load order should be or if I'm missing something please let me know

Have you tried to use only a few of those mods? Could help to figure out the problem. Perhaps a RAM issue (I'm always suspecting that when I'm using a lot of mods and it crashes .... though usually later in the game) if you use too many big mods?

so renegades works fine but brutal cities and extended Astra millitarum aren't working even with compatability mods on, it appears when it replaced some assets they are unable to be found when loading up the mods, not sure if its a load order issue.
