Workshop items randomly getting taken down

For some reason, the game flat out removes any mods you were subscribed to if they were taken down. All of a sudden I no longer have any racing sponsors at all. I wish the game stored a local copy of the mod or something. Is this something outside of Camshaft's control?

And here I was thinking I was going crazy... There are a number of headlights, fixtures and even bodies that all of a sudden have gone missing. I can't load some of my cars now.
