Subscribed Mods on Workshop not Installing or Running in Game

Can someone help me, i have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the game casche

i had the same issue. I believe certain mods from the workshop are no longer supported by the new version, but even the newer mods were not tranfering to my game from the workshop. Had to find download links on the forums for the mods i wanted and drag the .rte file into the cortex command folder.
