I have a few mods installed and they work fine once i start a game. However, they do not appear in the technology menu before i start a campaign or other missions. basically, the mods are in perfect working order but cannot be selected to play as from the start. You must select a native "faction" and then purchase in the mod "faction" units and weapons for use withing the game. Any help would be appreciated
