Killing floor custom character troubles

Ok Im instal custom charachter mods even mutator all the weapon mutator works but also im installing my charachters correctly but for some reason they don't apear the only custom mods for charachters are the Custom tf2 medic skin and that padyday charachter its crazy so i need help

For those characters that you installed did you put. CustomCharacters=name of custom character >>>>>>>>> inside the text document serverperks?
Example : CustomCharacters=DaedricKnightMut.DaedricKnight
CustomCharacters=Dark.KnightSkin

Yah i did but it wouldn't show up i did the daedricknight and that worked but the others don't except for the tf2 medic and the payday charachters
