Killing floor mods not installing? pls help

I have closed steam fully. steam is 100% downloading them but when I go into the game it wont install. I have under 50 mods. I have verified the game cache. This has happened to me on my old laptop and now my new gaming pc. Every single thread I look on, multiple people have asked this question for years!!! and no-one can fix this. Can anyone tell me a firm fix FFS I just wanna play some mods!!!!!!!

I fixed the problem by verifying the game cache and when you launch the game, go to servers, internet servers and then go back to the menu and it should install. I will try to explain more help if needed.
