The "Event Restriction" and the "Lock Difficulty" options in the advanced szenario settings are not working!

I turned off every default events with the Event Lab and set Event Restriction to "On", but still some popups like "new worrying disea spottet in %C" and "%D Placed on watchlist" and "%C lead the global cure effort" and "Scientists concerned about %D" pop up.
(popups ... pop up. nice grammar^^)
These popups absoulutly don't fit in my szenario (and in the szenarios of others i played)

Another little bug is in the event lab: setting a boolean variables like "cure compleate flag" to "True" the word "True" is not shown.

Last thing is that with the necora virus the "Days until game win" option is not working, could this be changed please?
