Journey Steps

Is anyone having issues with the Thrall Taker or the Masterchef where it states to put a Thrall at a crafting bench OR improved stove.
We have had several people not be able to complete these quests due to this.
On the 1930 server.

I have had to remove a few mods to get Steps to click and then just add them back in. one has to do with Resources and the step was to do with the Grinder. I had to remove a stack resource mod another time it was Chef, where I needed to add Ice to a Preservation Box, same thing had to remove a few mods, not 100% which it was though.
