Yes... a faster computer (with fast SSD storage) and fewer large filesize mods :)

The intro video is merely there to mask the game loading all the .pak files. You can skip it as soon as it's done loading them.. If you cannot skip it (shown by the 3 dots in the bottom left corner) it simply means your game is still trying to load all the files it has to.

So if you remove the videos by some means (you don't need a mod as there are configuration files / overwrite the actual video files with blank ones / etc.) you will be staring at a black screen for exactly the same amount of time as that will not in any way speed up the game loading process :)
