I know many have left, but hoping some faithful still here. I am looking for 3 things, either detailed how to or a mod made for:

1> altering or adding a rule to allow one to build a trading post wherever your ruler is or armies if easier similar to forts except not requiring war... ie prefer to have to send someone to build the post than simply click and build, but with caveat of allowing for inland trading posts not currently allowed where there is no trade route. Similar perhaps to how Mercenary Kings mod allows one to build a holding where the ruler is leading armies. This would allow for merchant republic members to send an "expedition" lead by house ruler to build a post in far off lands.

2> Mercenary Kings and other Mods have allowed play as Mercs and or Holy orders. However only Standard bands can build holdings <castles> where their leader is...I would love for Holy Orders to be able to found temples where their leader is, and perhaps expanded upon hospitals allowing one to play out a holy order dedicated to pilgrimages and healing but holding monastaries <hospitals> instead of trading posts and or forts...maybe allowing many of the same buildings for fort mods or trading posts for monasteries? IE allowing a Holy Order to found hospitals around the world similar to how Merchant Princes do trading posts.

3> I would love if some Mercenaries were allowed to become more mercantilistic...ie a merc with Merchant Republic rules for leadership and able to build cities where their ruler is similar to Mercenary Kings holding...perhaps allowing them in idea 1 to build trade post to certain size requirement before allowing a right click to convert into a city.

Is anyone willing to either do these things or teach me how to do so> I am not a scriptor and have little modding experience but willing to apply my old mind to new things. Thanks in advance
