Diplomacy Mod

How possible would it be to mod in a diplomacy screen similar to the one in Zephon?

Since both games run on the same foundational code I would guess such a thing would be feasible.

I guess Proxy Studios would never implement diplomacy in the game because Warhammer.

There are some "give resources"-mods available with different levels of being easy to use.
