Can't seem to get rid of the all areas purchaseable mod?

I'm trying to activate 81 tiles 2 mod but it says I have to delete 21 areas purchaseable mod when it's already been unsubscribed.

It's still showing on content manager menu as well

A little help?

You cannot use two mods that do more or less the same together. So are you sure you are unsubcribed from that second mod? And did you start your game after that?
Or is that other mod not on the workshop but as a copy in your file system?

figured it out last night. It seems it definitely was not deleted. Fortunately, the file location was provided by the the one who created the mod :D Thanks for the help
