UnderGround Notes not Snapping
Hi guys, i started a new city with some mods, but i have an a problem, i cant snap to underground notes: like with metro rails when they are underground and i try to snap to other underground metro rail or any underground note it says "Space already occupied" (i also have the 81 tiles 2 mod)

Have you made sure that you were in underground mode and were not trying to not make a line that may raise up through the surface?
