Eccentric Gentleman has Surviving Mars

I can't upload to Steam

A while ago I and content creator ChoGGi put together a new mod.
Recently I asked ChoGGi to update it so it would work with the updated game.
Choggi assured me that all I had to do was click Upload in the mod editor and it would be uploaded an replace the old version.

I clicked it and it said it was uploading but it it stayed that way for half an hour.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

well, just as a bump,

just tried uploading an tiny mod, ran into an interesting problem

Got an error message that "file size and quota" got exceeded, the mod is in my workshop with a size of 0Kb.

An awser of what is going on would be nice
